Women’s History Month

Greetings,

March is an important month for women all over the world as it is recognized as Women's History Month. During this month, we celebrate the contributions of women throughout history and acknowledge their powerful impact on society. It is a time to reflect on the progress made towards gender equality and to honor the inspirational women who have paved the way for future generations.

Here at 3 of Cups, we honor the women pioneers of the tea industry in the Western United States. In this moment, I want to honor two of my female mentors, Rebecca Sheeran of Tea Grotto in Salt Lake City, Utah and Winnie Yu of Teance Tea in Berkley, California. I thank them for their commitment to seeking out and sourcing quality tea, community education, ceremonial service, and daily dedication to their respective businesses.

Women's History Month is an opportunity to celebrate the many contributions of women throughout history and to inspire future generations of women to pursue their dreams. By recognizing the past achievements of women and working to overcome present-day challenges, we can create a brighter and more equitable future for women all over the world. Let us all take a moment to recognize the powerful impact that women have had on our world and work together to create a better future for all.
