Mothers & Mother Love

Greetings,

In the month of May, we tend to emphasize all things ‘MOM’. Archetypically, mothers are the epitome of unconditional love. They are the ones who hold us close when we are young, wipe away our tears when we are sad, and cheer us on when we succeed. They are our protectors, our guides, and our confidants. A mother's love is something that cannot be described in words or measured in any tangible way. It is a bond that is forged in the heart and lasts a lifetime.

~

There are so many different types of mothers in the world. There are birth mothers, adoptive mothers, stepmothers, and grandmothers who step in to fill the role. Regardless of how they came to be our archetypal mothers, the love they give is always the same. It is a love that is pure, selfless, and unwavering. It is a love that is felt even when they are no longer with us.

~

One of the most amazing things about mothers is their ability to love us even when we are at our worst. They see past our flaws and mistakes and love us for who we are. They are the ones who stay up late helping us with our homework, even when they are exhausted. They are the ones who sit with us in the hospital when we are sick, holding our hand and telling us that everything will be okay. They are the ones who never give up on us, even when we have given up on ourselves.

~

As we grow older, the role of a mother may change, but the love remains the same. They become our confidants, our advisors, and our friends. They are the ones we turn to when we need a shoulder to cry on, a listening ear, or just a hug. They are the ones who make us feel safe and loved, no matter what.

~

In a world that can be harsh and unforgiving, a mother's love is a beacon of hope and light. It is a reminder that no matter what happens, we are loved and cherished. It is a reminder that we are not alone in this world, and that there is always someone who has our back.

~

So, to all the mother figures out there, thank you for your love, your guidance, and your unwavering support. You are the ones who make this world a better place, and we are so grateful to have you in our lives.

~ Happy Mother's Day! ~

Cheers,

Amanda
